Prescott Lakes is located in the Northeast part of Prescott within the city limits.  At 5300 feet elevation, ours is an area of high chaparral that affords many wonderful views--some as far as 100 miles-- outside of the tree line.  We can be 20 degrees cooler than the Phoenix and Tucson areas - and usually are.  Our views are so spectacular because we have practically no smog.  In Prescott, we're all about the quality of life!
